We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and the stock has been checked, we will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.
We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. If we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
If an item is highlighted as PREORDER, that part of your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, however there may be a delay as we wait for the delivery from our supplier.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our: withdrawing of any goods from the Website whether or not such goods have been sold; removing or editing content on the Website, or, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
All prices are quoted in British Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 20%.
Purchases may be paid for by using a debit or credit card through PayPal our online payment facility. All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£), plus any applicable taxes.
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch (normally the next working day). If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Delivery is by Royal Mail or Parcelforce with a standard charge of £5.50 per order (regardless of size of the order). Shipping for orders outwith the UK and EIRE are calculated seperately and are invoiced appropriately.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
As we all know Royal Mail cannot 100% guarantee delivery , but they are pretty reliable! In fact, 97% of their First Class items are delivered the next working day.
We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service. We endeavor to keep our customers informed so that they are aware of the situation and know when to expect possible delays.
The Royal Mail catagorises a parcel as lost if undelivered after 15 working days. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, we will issue a refund or send your order again, whichever you prefer.
Currently orders placed online can only be delivered to addresses within the UK and EIRE, however if you wish to place an order from outside the UK or EIRE, please email your order to relaxarealm@live.co.uk and we will calculate the shipping for you and send you an updated invoice for your consideration.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition* for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. To do so please email us within 7 working days of receipt of the item. at relaxarealm@live.co.uk
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will make the refund within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.
This returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item and the items packaging has not been opened, damaged.and the seal is intact
